Yes — iMathMate is free to download and use. The core features, including Snap & Solve and step-by-step solutions, are available to all users at no cost. Some advanced features may be unlocked with a premium plan in the future; we'll always be transparent about what's free.

iMathMate is designed for K-12 students, broadly covering elementary through high school math. The app adapts to the level of the problem — from basic arithmetic and fractions to algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics. Parents and teachers use it too, as a lesson planning and explanation aid.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing Privacy@imathmate.com. We process all data requests within 30 days in line with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable local laws. For children's accounts, the request must come from a verified parent or guardian.

Best results come from a well-lit, flat photo with the problem centred in the frame. Avoid blurry images, heavy shadows, or photos taken at an angle. If the problem is handwritten, clear and consistent lettering helps. If you're still having trouble after trying these tips, let us know via the form above and we'll investigate.

Yes — iMathMate currently supports English, French, and Arabic, including full right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic. We're actively working on expanding to more languages. If your language isn't supported yet and you'd like to request it, please send us a message.
